We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Clean rooms, great facilities, easy parking and transportation, and a location close to the slopes. Breakfast was exceptional, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

They went above and beyond to make us feel at home and even provided us with customized treats. the hotel is conveniently located close to the slopes, providing great access to snow activities. Our room was spacious, and the bathroom was spotless with modern amenities. the breakfast served was sumptuous, and we enjoyed the freedom to choose dishes a la carte. the hotel offered facilities like a fitness centre, which was a major advantage.

The only aspect that slightly concerns me was the condition of the carpet in our room.

The staff made us feel like VIPs. On our second visit, the chef surprised us with our favorite dessert. Plus, we got a heartfelt welcome from Martin and the team. the hotel's modern decor made our stay worth it. we had the freedom to choose from a variety of food on the menu which was exceptional.

The room is spacious, but the moquette needs updating. Its old-fashioned style made me less comfortable.

Positives first: the Christmas decorations were lovely and put me in a festive mood. The location was also great as it was a short walk to the town center and the ski slopes. I also appreciated the complimentary hot chocolate and biscuits in the lobby.

The staff seemed disinterested and unwelcoming upon our arrival, which left a bad first impression. The room was poorly soundproofed, and we could hear our neighbors' conversations and footsteps clearly, making it hard to sleep at night.
